Documents you email your assistant are kept encrypted in Australia for up to 30 days to support your conversation and our long-term records contain no document or message content at all.
Your data stays in Australia
Everything your firm sends is processed and stored in Australian data centres. Client content is pinned to the region and each firm's data is isolated from every other firm's.
What we store and for how long

What we never do
- We never use your data to train AI models. The AI that reads and drafts emails does not retain your content.
- We never keep the contents of your emails or documents beyond the retention periods above.
- We never sell or share your data for marketing.
- We never store message bodies or documents in our long-term records.
Read only by design
Your assistant researches, reads and reports back. He cannot move money, sign anything, lodge documents or contact your clients. Those actions are impossible by design, not just discouraged, so an email can never trigger them.
Only your people can instruct him
Your assistant accepts requests only from your firm's approved staff addresses and the sender's authenticity is verified on every message. Outsiders cannot instruct him. Email and document content is always treated as material to work on, never as instructions to obey, which is a structural defence against manipulation.
A human supervises the work
Every request and its outcome is visible to a supervising team. If something is unclear, risky or goes wrong your assistant escalates to a person rather than guessing. Answers are always presented as work product for your professional review.
How it is protected
All stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit and held in access-controlled Amazon Web Services infrastructure with public access blocked. When specialist services are used to do the work they receive the minimum necessary information and are bound by contract to use it only for the task.
